Hi, I'm Lizz Catalano, a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master. I’m a graduate of the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado and have a growing practice in my hometown of Sheridan, Wy.
I have been drawn to the healer’s path for as long as I can remember. My initial interests were in the study of the mind and psychology; later, as a doula, I was enveloped in a passion for the birth process and the beauty of the physical and spiritual nature of life being brought into the world. My practice as a doula ultimately lead me to my passion as a massage therapist. To me, the art of massage brings healing to all aspects of being: mind, body, and soul. It is my mission to draw out the healer in every client I work with, and empower them to seek optimal health, and become fully present in their own health and wellbeing journey.
I truly believe that the flow of energy through our bodies can affect all aspects of health and I seek to bring a level of natural healing and relaxation to anyone who is in need. I am passionate about how the body operates and understand that no two bodies are the same. Each person can benefit from a personalized care plan. I combine various massage techniques such as Swedish relaxation massage, neuromuscular therapy, massage cupping, and energy work to fit my client’s needs. I feel deep fulfillment when my clients leave their massage feeling free and empowered. massage treatment
Hello, I'm Hannah, a licensed massage therapist with nearly seven years of experience. My journey into the world of massage began in childhood, where I found myself easing the aches and pains of my active family. It wasn't until I became a mother that I realized my passion could become a career. After taking a tour at the Utah College of Massage Therapy, I made the decision to start that very day.
Since graduating in 2017, I've continued to expand my expertise. I pursued additional training in Quantum Massage, Ayurvedic science, and Aromatherapy, enriching my skills and knowledge. Specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, and Swedish massage, I integrate mindfulness and stretching into my sessions to help clients achieve optimal health.
Massage therapy has personally benefited me, and it brings me immense joy to witness clients experiencing relief from chronic pain and stress. My approach is holistic, reflecting a genuine commitment to the well-being of those I work with. I'm grateful to have turned my passion into a fulfilling career, where every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact on others' lives.
Hi! My name is Danae Toepper, and I’m a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping you relax, relieve pain, and feel your best.
I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, and I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2016. My approach focuses on slow, deep bodywork that promotes lasting relaxation and relief from tension.
I enjoy using modalities like Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki, and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy in my sessions. These techniques allow me to work deeply and holistically, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
Whether you’re here to unwind or address chronic pain, I’m committed to creating a safe and nurturing space where your body can heal and thrive. I am so excited to work with you!
My name is Shelby Cunningham, a certified massage therapist and craniosacral practitioner. Graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Sheridan College, I have been practicing for a little over three years now. I specialize in intuitive therapeutic massage, tailoring each session to meet my client’s specific needs.
For as long as I can remember my life path has always been to help people. Currently I also work as a program manager assisting those who have fallen on hard times in regaining their independence and confidence. With a background rooted in psychology, undertaking massage therapy felt like a natural progression to continue my quest to help heal those who are on their own journey - whether that be a journey to less pain, stress management or self care.
I am eternally grateful the trust my clients put in me and my skills to encourage and assist them on their path to healing.
Hi I’m Lexi, a Certified Massage Therapist. The common thread of my academic explorations remains the human body and how it operates as this bewildering physical vehicle in which we exist. I graduated from Sheridan Massage Therapy program and have been practicing since 2023. I am passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies so they can thrive in their daily lives. As a massage therapist with a deep focus on the nervous system, I utilize a personalized approach to help clients achieve profound relaxation and pain relief by addressing the body's intricate neural pathways. By working with the body and listening to its ques I am able to create specialized sessions for each client, by taking a holistic approach which considers not just physical health but also mental, social, and spiritual well-being. Through an intuitive combination of trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, and Swedish massage, I aim to restore balance within the nervous system, alleviating stress, anxiety, and chronic tension, while empowering individuals to better manage their overall wellbeing. I was first impacted by massage therapy when I was participating in powerlifting and strongman competitions. I had an amazing practitioner that helped me with injuries and pain management which allowed me to stay in the sport longer. This inspired me to start my career and I am deeply grateful to turn my interest in biomechanics into a career that helps my clients with their quality of life. I believe that receiving massage can help nourish the body, mind & spirit connection, which in return can benefit our relationship with ourselves and everyone around us.
Hi there! My name is Ashley Brown, I’m a licensed massage therapist, kinesiologist, and Reiki
Master. A Wyoming native, I graduated with my degree in Kinesiology from Montana State
University in 2019, got my Reiki Master certification in 2022, and graduated from the Sheridan
College massage program in 2024. I became passionate about health and wellness after
getting into sports in my teen years, and discovered my path would be in hands-on work
during my undergraduate schooling in Bozeman. I became fascinated (and frankly a bit
obsessed) with the power, beauty, of complexity of the human body. Still following this journey,
I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge base and areas of expertise to
continually offer the most up-to date and comprehensive care I can to my clients.
In addition to Swedish massage, I specialize in fascial release, deep tissue and trigger point
therapy, cupping, and energy work. I tailor each session and care plan to your individual and
ever-evolving needs, involving YOU as the most important member of your care team! I think
that each of us are our own healers, and those that work in the wellness fields are simply
facilitators for this incredible process. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and thrive,
and I’m passionate about alleviating pain and suffering from the human condition so that we all
have to potential to flourish. I am so looking forward to meeting you, and to helping you move, feel and live better!
