When you come to Body & Soul for a massage or energy work, you can expect to be greeted with a warm friendly smile. Your therapist will collect some history and background information from you in order to assess what is most needed. Together we will discuss what you are hoping to get from your session and come to an agreement about the best way to proceed with your individualized treatment plan. Whether you select a 60 or 90 minute session, you will be given time to get comfortable under the sheets on the massage table before your therapist enters the room to begin the hands on session. You will be securely draped during the entire massage with great care taken for your comfort. You can choose to receive focus work or full body massage choosing one or a mixture of the techniques offered. We are passionate about facilitation of positive change in our clients. When you come to Body & Soul for a Float Session, you can expect to be greeted with the same warm friendly smile as you receive any time you come to our space. We will get some background information from you and asses what your goals are for the session and in the future. Then you will be shown to our spacious float room where everyt
When you come to Body & Soul for a Float Session, you can expect to be greeted with the same warm friendly smile as you receive any time you come to our space. We will get some background information from you and asses what your goals are for the session and in the future. Then you will be shown to our spacious float room where everything will be explained in detail. In the floatation room there will be a shower attached to the entrance of the luxury floatation cabin. You will be left in the room to prepare for your float session on your own. We ask that you shower and use the body wash provided to wash away any extra oils and dirt before climbing into the float cabin. When you are ready, you will open the door to the cabin and settle in for your float therapy session. An attendant will be available if you should need anything during your session. From there we will see you on the other side of peace!
